Fit Camp classes will be held on Tuesdays from 6:00 to 7:00pm Be encouraged to reach your wellness goals through motivation, teamwork, support, results and FUN-- join us for this exhilarating and challenging workout designed to accommodate all levels of fitness. Fit Camp is a type of indoor or outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with cardiovascular interval training and strength training. Trying your best is mandatory--individual and team workouts push everyone at their own level. Please bring your own light hand weights if possible. ZUMBA classes will be held on Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:00pm A ZUMBA class-known as a ZUMBA Fitness Party TM)-combines fast and slow Latin and international rhythms that tone and sculpt the body using an aerobic/fitness approach to achieve a unique blended balance of cardio and muscle-toning benefits. The cardio-based dance movements are easy-to-follow steps that include body sculpting, which targets areas such as gluteus, legs, arms, core, abdominals and the most important muscle in the body--the heart. Dancers and non-dancers alike immediately and easily master a ZUMBA class because previous dance experience is not necessary. Ditch the workout--join the party! There will be a small devotional before each class. Please wear comfortable shoes with plenty of support, bring a water bottle, and a small towel to each class. Cost per class is $3.00. Save money and buy a 10-punch card for $20.00, one punch for each class attended. Cards will be available at each class. The first class attended is free. |
